Urbo® Mira has a 12 cm (4.7 inches) diameter which is the size of a standard CD. This makes it the Goldilocks (‘just right’) fit for the human back. Too big and it would push your spine out, too small and it would cause you to slouch. At 28 cm (11 inches or around two Chocolate Hershey bars together) length – it also comfortably spans your entire lower back.
